壹、Fenofibric acid（Trilipix®）不會降低第2 型糖尿病人發生重大心血管事件發生機率

根據ACCORD 臨床試驗（Action to Control Cardiovascular Risk in Diabetes Lipid trial）指出，第2 型糖尿病人合併simvastatin 及fenofibric acid，與單獨使用simvastatin 比較，並不會降低中風、心臟病機率。

FDA 要求Trilipix®製造廠進行更進一步的研究，以瞭解正在使用simvastatin 且為高心血管發病風險者，再併用fenofibric acid 後的效益。

雖然本院使用中的fenofibric acid 為Lipanthyl®，廠牌並非ACCORD 試驗之Trilipix®，但治療者仍應評估使用的風險及效益。
